Description

Scarce together as a set, and in these early pressings and lovely condition, these are flawless copies of German DGG SLPM 138831 and 138872. Both discs are thick "Alle Hersteller," and the covers are dated 9/1963 and 12/1965, red stereo on one. Monique Haas plays the two volumes of the Debussy Preludes.

The records were auditioned with a Goldring 1042 cartridge, Music Hall TT, Densen amplification and Epos speakers. The thick discs look glossy and superb, and play quietly and perfectly: NM. The covers have the lightest wear, so NM-/VG+.

This is a fine collector's copy of this indispensable stereo DGG set.
