Background -
We have been selling records for a long time. In all that time, we have NEVER seen a FACTORY SEALED DGG LP from the early 1960s in perfect condition - what a super rare find! This MONO LP is rare to begin with, but finding one that has been untouched by stylus is next to impossible. It features music written by Prokofiev, Haydn, Chopin and Debussy as performed by Sviatoslav Richter on the piano. Superb performances throughout! The LP was made in GERMANY and the recording is from the early 1960s and has the earliest TULIPS label. This item is in remarkable condition given it's age (see below for details).-

The LP jacket is in mint condition! The jacket has NO seam splits. The corners and seams are solid, with NO shelf wear noticeable at the corners and seams. This is the heavy, hard and thick cardboard type jacket used by DGG for exporting their LPs from Germany so that they arrived in perfect condition. The colors on the jacket are sharp - gorgeous collectors grade condition for the vinyl and jacket (see pictures with this listing as they are of the actual item).
The LP is assumed to be in mint condition! This item is FACTORY SEALED!! - from the 1960s!!A Short Note About LP GRADING -- Mint = Only used for sealed items.
- Near Mint = Virtually flawless in every way.
- Near Mint Minus = Item has some minor imperfections, some audible.
- Excellent = Item obviously played and enjoyed with some noise.
- Very Good Plus = Many more imperfections which are noticeable and obtrusive.
For best results, always properly clean your LPs before playing them.
The LP is an audiophile quality pressing (any collector of fine MFSL, half speeds, direct to discs, Japanese/UK pressings etc., can attest to the difference a quality pressing can make to an audio system).
