Description

Deusche Grammophon 139 270/72. 3 disc box set. Blue Tulips label.

Johann Sebastien Bach: 6 Sonatas and Partitas for Solo Violin.

Henryk Szeryng, violin.

These are superb and valuable recordings. The quality of sound really is exceptional.

270 and 271 have some very minor marks and should be discribed as excellent/near mint. 272 on the second side has some hairline marks but having played through on very sensitive equipment the effect on the sound is small and should therefore be described as excellent. The box cover as seen some wear on the sides and has a small tear on the top right hand corner (see photo).

I am most happy to answer any questions on this rare item.
