Description
original Dial D-2 from 1948. This was originally a 3 record set but one record is missing. The artists and titles are Howard McGhee / Thermodynamics, Sonny Berman Big Eight (with Serge Chaloff)/ Nocturne, Charlie Parker All Stars /Stupendous and Dexter Gordon / Bikini. Records are conservatively graded vg+ with a few non feelable marks each side. Primarily light scuff marks, not scratches. Not able to play grade since these are 78 rpm. Cover has moderate edge and corner wear and shelf wear. No writing or splits. No tares. A little browning from age. Overall vg+. Quite a rarity and historic set.
