Description
Dire Straits – Complete (Scandinavian Music Club, 15-6075, Sweden).
Must be one of the rarest of these Sweden only box sets from the early 1990´s (there are also U2, Gary Moore, Bob Marley, Genesis and others), I have never even seen this one before. It includes the albums:
- Dire Straits (Vertigo, Holland 1978, with printed inner sleeve)
- Communiqué (Vertigo, Holland 1979, with printed inner sleeve)
- Making Movies (Vertigo, Holland 1980, with printed inner sleeve)
- Love Over Gold (Vertigo, Holland 1982, with printed inner sleeve)
- Alchemy – Dire Straits Live 2LP (Vertigo, Holland 1980)
- Brothers in Arms (Vertigo, Holland 1985, with printed inner sleeve)
- On Every Street (Vertigo, Holland 1991, with printed inner sleeve)
The records are in NEAR EX condition, all nice but have light signs of wear.
Most of the covers have small splits, or beginnings of splits in the middle of the top seam. It is very common for the covers in these box sets, from being shipped with the records inside the box. Apart from that the covers are very nice.
The corners of the box are split, could probably be quite nicely repaired if you´re handy, and has some tears at front left (at the guy in the green shirt). This is pretty much the average condition, not too bad – looks descent.
