This series sought to feature 2 unsigned local groups, in this case 'The Underground Railroad' and 'The Tree of Life' out of New Jersey and New York respectively. Neither group recorded another LP or 45, and there were no other volumes in the series. Terrific sound on both sides from straight funk to jazzy soul!"
