Si l'objet ne fonctionne pas correctement, le problème est signalé dans l'annonce.
Si vous recevez un objet défectueux et que le problème n'est pas dû au transport, contactez-moi car une solution à l'amiable est toujours possible (échange, remboursement total ou partiel, par exemple).
En cas de remboursement, les frais de port de retour sont à la charge de l'acheteur.

PAIEMENT:
Délai: le paiement doit me parvenir dans un délai de 7 jours suivant la fin de la vente.
PayPal, virement bancaire et chèques acceptés. Merci de prendre contact avec moi pour tout autre forme de paiement.

LIVRAISON:
Tous les achats seront traités après réception du paiement.
Les colis seront préparés jusqu'au jeudi soir et envoyés à la poste le vendredi matin (je suis disponible uniquement le vendredi matin).
Les modes de livraison proposés sont:
    - France: Colissimo
    - Suisse: Postpack Priority
    - International: Colissimo international ou courrier international (merci de me demander le tarif d'avance car cela peut varier beaucoup d'un pays à l'autre)
D'autres modes de livraison sont envisageables en cas de besoin. Merci de me contacter directement pour cela.

PROBLEMES DIVERS:
Je ne suis en aucun cas responsable de: retards, pertes, vols, destructions ou casse partielle durant le transport.

LE MIE VENDITE:
Se l'oggetto non funziona, il problema è segnalato nell'annuncio.
Se ricevete un oggetto che non funziona e se il problema non è dovuto al trasporto, potete contattarmi: una soluzione amichevole è sempre possibile (scambio, rimborso totale o parziale).
In caso di rimborso, il porto è a carico dell'acquirente.

PAGAMENTO:
Devo ricevere il pagamento al più tardi 7 giorni dopo la fine della vendita.
Accetto pagamenti attraverso PayPal, trasferimento bancario e assegni. Potete contattarmi per qualunque altro modo di pagamento.

CONSEGNA:
Gli oggetti sono preparati e spediti dopo ricevimento del pagamento.
I pacchi sono preparati fino al giovedi sera e spediti il venerdi mattina.
Le consegne sono fatte nel modo seguente:
    - Francia: Colissimo
    - Svizzera: Postpack priority
    - Internazionale: Colissimo international o posta internazionale (le tariffe possono essere molto diverse da un paese all'altro, contattatemi per avere la cifra
    esatta del vostro     invio).
Altri modi di consegna sono possibili se necessario, basta contattarmi per discuterne.

PROBLEMI VARI:
Non sono responsabile di ritardi, perdite, furti o danneggi eventuali durante il transporto.
