BLUE PHANTOM Distortions KAL101, Extremely rare 1972 obscure Psych Prog vinyl LP. An entirely instrumental album that shows some influences from late 60's psych sounds. A popular album among European psych and prog collectors, Distortions was in fact released in Italy in 1971 by a group of unknown studio musicians and later released in England pressed on the Kaleidoscope label. An intriguing loud and heavy slice of instrumental Psych Prog composed under his nickname Henri Tical, and played by Armando Sciascia. Housed in a laminated picture sleeve, designed by Alan Lester, which has some signs of wear and minor creasing and ring wear also a slight tear on the spine, see photo. The vinyl is in excellent condition with only minor non audible surface marks. These imperfections are easily ignored considering the rarity of this album. Side 1 1. Diodo 2. Metamorphosis 3.
