This is a 12 inch, 78 rpm, one sided, black lacquer coated acetate disc recorded by Radio Recording Studios, Chicago
Disc features the song "Lover Come Back To Me" played on trumpet by Dizzy Gillespie with Art Van Damme (most likely the Art Van Damme Quintet) from December 7, 1947
