Glossary of Abbreviations
UPPER CASE PC - Picture Cover LC - Label Branded Cover LS - Label Cover w/sticker GC - Generic (blank) Cover GS - Generic Cover w/sticker X - sealed cover (examples - PCX, GSX) CV - colored vinyl
lower case pr - promotional copy (as indicated on actual label of record) ps/gs - promo/gold stamp on record jacket hp - hole punched in jacket nc - notch cut in jacket cc - cut corner gf - gatefold is - inner sleeve(s) for LP vinyl lw - writing on label

2. Grading criteria
There are two grades for each item, the first grade is for the outside jacket, the second for the record itself. (examples - A/A, C/B)
JACKET GRADES A - Sealed or otherwise mint condition B - minor scuffing, creases or peeling which do not distract visually C - reasonable amount of wear associated with working DJ use D - heavy wear, tearing, broken spine. artwork intact as long as record inside is still good
note: hole punches, stamps and notch cuts do not automatically lower jacket grades as long as it was done cleanly by the original factory.
RECORD GRADES A - Sealed, never played, or otherwise preserved perfectly B - minor surface scratches which do not affect playback or overall appearance. light DJ notations on label such as BPM or cue lines C - reasonable amount of cue burn or surface abrasion, extremely little affect of playback (no skipping). heavy writing on label, name of radio station, DJ's name, sticker residue. D or below - we will not offer any grades lower than C for sale. any records found to be warped or skipping after fulfilled are eligible for a full refund.
Shipping charges
Maximum charge per item is $4.00 for USA, $14.00 for International. For simplicity and convenience, multiple-disc vinyl albums will count as one item. Actual shipping charges invoiced can be lower, especially if you win multiple items. Please wait for invoice to be sent before remitting payment.

Shipping method
Orders shipping within USA will be shipped via Media Mail with free delivery confirmation (upgrade to Priority Mail on request). International orders sent via 1st Class or Priority Mail, based on weight. International delivery tracking and/or Insurance can be added on request.
