This record is in near mint condition. It has just two or three really faint spindle marks visible on the labels and no pen marks, scuffs or stains. There is some fading visible to each side however(see pics). This would be the labels main issue but despite this they are still in good shape.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are really clean and have next to nothing visible in normal light. There is the odd most minor thin line/mark evident when angled but nothing at all serious or remotely major. There is a couple more extremely minor light wispy lines visible in very bright light but not many at all and again nothing remotely serious or sinister. The record has no serious scuffs, nasty marks or blemishes and has a beautiful vivid lustre.
I play tested the record and it played really well with excellent clear audio throughout. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is next to no movement in the record arm. There is a slightly strange visual spin to it however which I think is just caused by the minor 'lip' on the record. The arm hardly moves at all however and as I say the record lays flat. The audio produced has no issues at all and virtually no surface noise or interference. There are of course no skips, sticks or annoying ticks and overall the audio was clear, defined and excellent throughout.
The sleeve is in excellent+ condition. It has only slight wear and rubbing to the edges and corners(pics) with the writing along the spine all still clearly legible. It is rock solid all round and the spine is square and straight. There are no splits, tears, scuffs or pen marks anywhere and little to no creasing. There is also no ring marks and overall the sleeve looks superb. There is however some very slight fading in places, a hint of discolouring to the rear and a small crease to the front bottom right corner. I have also just spotted a tiny old price written in pencil near the front top right corner but this is incredibly faint and can hardly be noticed. Overall the sleeve is in really nice condition and for 44 years old looks excellent. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible on the sleeves condition.
It contains its original plain white poly-lined inner which is in excellent condition with no tears, splits or pen marks but with some slight age related grubbiness and very mild creasing.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to ensure swift delivery.
