DON SPEER AND THE HUDSON PROFIT EXPEDITION: This Is The Big One (Charter CH 1007) 197?
Rare original private pressing of the only LP by this obscure crew, in a Rural/Country Rock/Funk direction. Features a bitchen Funky Psych wah-wah and fuzz guitar version of "Poke Salad Annie", and the cut "Funky Grass Band" is what Johnny Cash would've sounded like if he had gone Funk. Does the title of the album refer to the joint one of the band members is holding on the cover?
CONDITION: COVER: strong VG+ RECORD: VG to VG+ (has some prominent looking non-feelable scuffs, plays way better than it looks)
GRADING: I grade conservatively, under bright light, using the Goldmine Grading Guide as my reference (NM, EX, VG+, VG, VG-), so please bid with confidence.
