DONALD BYRD: "BYRD BLOWS ON BEACON HILL" LP - On TRANSITION #17.   Extremely rare vintage jazz Lp!!  Original MONO 1st pressing from 1956.  Thick FLAT EDGE vinyl, thick laminated cardboard cover.  The personnel:  Donald Byrd/trumpet; Ray Santisi/piano; Doug Watkins/bass; Jimmy Zitano/drums.  The thick laminated jacket is in phenomenal M- shape & displays wonderfully with tight seams & sharp corners!  No seam splits, no cut-out marks, no writing, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking.  The vinyl is in VG condition, very glossy, some light sleeve scuffs & thin marks, plays really well (VG+).  The songs are:  Little Rock Getaway; Polka Dots And Moonbeams; People Will Say We're In Love; If I Love Again; What's New; Stella By Starlight.  No booklet.  Original rice paper inner sleeve included.
