Original 1st Issue DEEP-GROOVE MONO Record Album LP made in the U.S.A. by BLUE NOTE (BLP 4019)

** 47 WEST 63rd NYC address on both Labels
** DEEP GROOVE pressing indentation on both sides 
** RVG and the EAR are both in the run off grooves on each side 

RECORD CONDITION:  VG
 - both sides have play strong VG to VG+
- Labels show some very light wear, couple of small dirt spots on one side, a couple of very short very light spindle marks on one side, about a dozen spindle marks on the other
- a nice, very thick original vintage pressing

COVER CONDITION:  VG
 - there is a 4 inch long split along the top right hand edge, very little wear on the back
- LAMINATED on the front / very thick cardboard stock
