Description

This album is by jazz trumpet player Donald Byrd. Entitled "Off To The Races",it was released in mono on Blue Note 4007 in 1958. He is joined by Jackie McLean,Pepper Adams,Wynton Kelly,Sam Jones and Art Taylor. Vinyl is on the original blue and white label with the deep groove,RVG  and the ear stamped in the dead wax and has the original 47 West 63rd,NYC adress. It only grades at vg- with shine but numerous scuffs but plays much better than it looks. There is only one feelable scratch on the first cut of side one that creates a light tick but it is overpowered by the music. Cover is vg- to vg marred by soiling on the back. There is also a name written and the original Sam Goodys price sticker on the back.  Money back guarantee if not completely satisfied. Buyer pays for shipping and handling.
