1960 MONO Pressing. Originally released in 1957 as RIVERSIDE LP 12-229 - "Gigi Gryce and the Jazz Lab Quintet
Orange JAZZLAND Labels with Black Print - Deep Groove Labels.
Music recorded in NYC, February 27 & March 7, 1957.
GIGI GRYCE and the Jazz Lab Quintet - DONALD BYRD trumpet - GIGI GRYCE alto sax - WADE LEGGE piano - WENDELL MARSHALL bass - ARTHUR TAYLOR drums.
Vinyl is VG/VG+ Condition - Vinyl Looks Nice; few marks; light scratches, scuffs; big scuff mark on side 2; nice gloss; very nice labels, spindle wear and marks.
Jacket is in Good - Front of jacket looks Good; Nice color, gloss and picture, some heavier ring wear and discoloration; tape and tape residue on all seams. Jacket shows wear; heavy wear on seams and corners; some tape repairs on all seams, some of the tape has brownedt. Back of jacket looks Good; some age discoloration; some tape over lapping on top edge area of jacket; some minor ring wear.

Vinyl is visually graded. I do play and record all LP's. I generally think that they all play fine.
Older LP's will generally play with some background noise.

Vinyl outside of Jacket; in plastic sleeve; secured to a filler pad; mailed in a record mailer.
I would suggest insurance on LP's of this stature. Buyer will pay insurance. (Only in USA).
Foreign buyers will pay $15.50 for First Class International Shipping. Canada is $8.50.
I will ship additional LP's in USA at $1.00 each; to Canada at $2.50 each; and to rest of world at $5.00 each.
