Ultra Rare Australian stereo pressing of this highly sought-after soundtrack by Donna Loren. Donna was a teenage star who cut hit records, made movies, and who later went on to form her own highly successful fashion clothing business (Yes, it's THAT Donna Loren!). This Australian pressing features a unique sleeve design, and green WRC label with white 'S'. This was the soundtrack to Beach Blanket Bingo (the last in a series of beachparty/teenage films), starring Frankie Avalon and Annette Funicello, which also featured Donna herself, along with Don Rickles, Linda Evans, and Paul Lynde. Donna was a fixture in these Beach Party films, mostly for her singing and good looks! Here she sings all the hits of the film. The vinyl here is in very nice condition, with a lovely gloss, and only a few light scuffs. It plays and sounds great! The flipback sleeve has an overall high-gloss varnish, and looks superb. There is some general light wear and a few marks, but nothing serious. All seams and spine are intact. No tears, dings, writing, stickers or, sticker marks. Labels are crisp & bright, although there are a few light spindles evident - no writing or stickers though. This really is a superb example of a very rare and desirable album in its unique Aussie form. Wanted by collectors of early teen film music, and fans of Donna Loren, alike. Happy Bidding!

I won't list records that have major faults (skipping/jumping, etc) unless they are so rare/collectable that the condition becomes of secondary importance. Where this is the case I'll tell you. I always grade down rather than up, if there's any doubt. Grading is done by a combination of playing and visual inspection, but ALL records are played for grading (other than 'MINT' copies). Any obvious blemish and/or intrusive surface noise will be noted. All records are cleaned prior to listing.
