THIS INCREDIBLE DOUBLE LP BOX SET IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS QUITE SIMPLY THE RAREST DONOVAN LP EVER MADE AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  BACK IN 1968 WHEN THIS BOX SET WAS FIRST RELEASED, IT ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS AND WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY DELETED!!!!  AS A RESULT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!!  THIS BOX SET IS ALSO 100% COMPLETE WITH ITS ORIGINAL 1ST PRESS SET OF '12 INSERTS' IN ITS ORIGINAL OPEN-OUT ORANGE FOLDER!!!!   NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS IS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING OF THIS BOX SET EVER MADE!!!!  AND THIS IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!!   THIS BOX SET HAS THE VERY 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING STYLE OF BOX - BEING UNHINGED, 'TEXTURED' AND IN NAVY BLUE (LATER ONES WERE DIFFERENT!)!!!!  THE MOST OBVIOUS 'LATER BOX' STYLE THAT COLLECTORS GET CAUGHT OUT WITH - IS THE BLACK 'HINGED' VERSION, WHICH IS OF COURSE IDENTICAL TO GEORGE HARRISONS 'ALL THINGS MUST PASS' BOX, AND LIKE THAT BOX SET - ANY BLACK HINGED VERSION OF THIS LP ACTUALLY DATES FROM 1970 - 2 YEARS AFTER RELEASE!!!!  ANOTHER VERY IMPORTANT DETAIL WHICH SHOWS THAT THIS BOX SET IS FROM THE 'DAY OF RELEASE' BACK IN 1968 - IS THE 'CUSTOM MADE' STEREO 'FLOWER STICKER (SEE PICTURE!) BUT WHAT MAKES THIS INCREDIBLE BOX SET REALLY SPECIAL IS THAT IT IS IN ABSOLUTELY SUPERB CONDITION!!!!  AND THIS IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!!  THE RECORDS HAVE ONLY EVER BEEN PLAYED ONCE OR TWICE AT THE VERY MOST, THE INNER SLEEVES ARE IN AMAZING CONDITION, THE FULL SET OF THE 12 INSERTS & FOLDER ARE COMPLETELY UNTOUCHED, AND OUTER BOX ITSELF IS ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1968 UK 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS PYE LABELS, 1ST PRESS 1/1/1/1 MATRIXES, 1ST PRESS MATCHING INNER SLEEVES, 1ST PRESS SET OF 12 INSERTS & FOLDER, AND 1ST PRESS 'STICKERED' OUTER BOX!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Pye UK 1st Pressing from 1968 and is in SUPERB condition!!!!  The records are pressed on MEGA thick quality vinyl!!!!  The Cat. No is NPL 20000 on the 1st Press Pye labels (see picture) and is a much MUCH rarer UK Stereo 1st Pressing!!!!

The record labels are in AMAZING (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL (virtually ZERO!)!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THESE RECORDS HAVE ONLY EVER BEEN PLAYED ONCE OR TWICE AT THE VERY MOST!!!!  The vinyl is in AMAZING condition!!!! Most of these 60s double LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and BOTH records have NO scratches, NO hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the VERY lightest paper scuffs only visible under EXTREME light!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  BOTH RECORDS STILL RETAIN THEIR ORIGINAL JUST PRESSED LOOK AND LOOK AMAZING!!!!  It is also GREAT to find that BOTH records play as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!!  They play with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  There is also some absolutely ULTRA faint touches of MEGA low level background sound (barely ANY!) on the run on grooves and VERY occassional gap (NOT in the music AT ALL!) - though this is VERY clearly from the ORIGINAL pressing and in any case is as minor as is possible to get (most wouldnt even mention it!)!!!!  The sound quality is simply AWESOME with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The records must grade Excellent++++ if not MINT(Minus)!!!!  WHAT AN AMAZING SET OF RECORDS!!!! Believe me these records are NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The records also come in their ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeves which are both in MINT condition!!!!  THE ULTRA RARE FULL SET OF 12 INSERTS & FOLDER ARE IN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CONDITION AND CLEARLY HAVENT EVER LEFT THE BOX!!!!  The 1st Press Box Set is in absolutely BRILLIANT condition - and the BEST I have EVER seen!!!!  The first thing to mention is that there is absolutely NO corner damage AT ALL!!!!  All the corners are 100% SOLID and as strong as they were back in 1968 when this Box left the Factory!!!!  I have examined the corners VERY carefully indeed - and despite a couple of completely UNNOTICEABLE darker 'stains' to a couple of the corners - they HAVE NOT BEEN REPAIRED and this is VERY evident when you look INSIDE the box where any repairs always show!!!! The rest of the Box Set has barely ANY edgewear AT ALL (NOT through the colour!), barely ANY corner wear AT ALL, NO splits, NO rips, NO tears, a 100% PERFECT Stereo 'Flower Sticker' (see picture!) to the cover front, only some very VERY light rubbing to the VERY edge of the front cover picture ONLY (the rest of the STUNNING front cover picture is completely UNRUBBED!), NO sticker tears, and NO writing!!!!  The bottom picture (on the bottom of the Box Set) is in SUPERB condition with barely ANY rubbing AT ALL!!!!  Both Pictures on the front AND bottom of the box set are PERFECTLY stuck down with NO lifting AT ALL!!!!  The Box Set fits together PERFECTLY - and as detailed above, it is the EARLIEST 1st Press style of Box Set with 2 separate halves (later ones DONT!), and is Dark Blue & Textured (later ones ARENT!)!!!!  The inside of the Box Set is in MINT condition with BOTH pictures (The Donovan Picture & the Green Lyrics & Credits slick) on the inside top & bottom of the box set being in PERFECT condition!!!!  In fact, it is plainly obvious that this Box Set was only EVER accessed 2 or 3 times since it was made back in 1968!!!!  There is also some INCREDIBLY minor evidence (barely ANY) of the VERY occassional hint of 'touching in' on the VERY edges of the Blue of the outer box (virtually INVISIBLE), and a TINY darker blue stain on the VERY bottom of the Box Set in one corner - but this really is as minor as it gets - and this Box Set looks absolutely BRILLIANT!!!!  This outer Box Cover is truly IMPOSSIBLE to find in this INCREDIBLE condition - and though I will only MEGA STRICTLY grade it Very Good++++ if not better - I very VERY much doubt if you will EVER find a better one (especially when you bear in mind that this Box has NO splits of ANY kind!)!!!!  I have seen many MANY examples of this LP - and 99% of them are damaged, split, and look terrible.  BUT THIS ONE IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN - AND SO INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND LIKE THIS!!!!  THIS BOX SET IS ONE OF THE RAREST DONOVAN RECORDS EVER MADE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!
