Description

This double album by Donovan (Leitch) is in a very good condition with barely any surface marks and plays through perfectly although being a predominantly quiet album it does have a reasonable amount of audible light surface crackle(As most records did ) The cardboard outer box has 1 split corner and the other edges have fade and wear marks (see last 3 photos ) but I would consider it in above average for 50 years of wear and certainly doesn't detract from the record set which was from the 'Flower Power ' time when Donovan was under the influence of MAHARISHI MAHESH YOGI alongside George Harrison and the rest of the Beatles. This shows in the gentle songs which are beautifully performed by him and everyone of them being written by him.The set includes the word sheets for every track on the 2nd album with the words for the 1st album being in the lid of the box.One odd thing about this set is that both records are stereo recordings but the box states Mono, but that was how it's always been since new.
