Description

Artist: Doof ( Paul Platypus + Philip Johnson )

Title: Exist

Label: Namedrop (UK - 1981)

Doof brought together Paul Platypus (Exhibit A and Twelve Cubic Feet) and Philip Johnson (recorder of numerous underground cassettes of an interestingly experimental nature). The resulting 6 track 10" is described on the Mutant Sounds as:-

"This is borderline autistic sounding chant, lurch, stumble and mumble action from the addled minds of Philip Johnson, Paul Platypus and sundry guests, their lobotomized stylings predating similar efforts by the likes of The Shadow Ring by some 15 odd years".

Great stuff indeed! Cover has some age spots and the odd light stains (VG-). The record and booklet are both fine (EX).

Postage = £2.00 (UK), £4.00 (rest of world)

Payment methods: Paypal, personal cheque (UK), money order.

Please email with any questions
