Description

This sale is for a copy of "Morrison Hotel" by The Doors. This is from 1971 on Elektra EKS-75007 (butterfly labels). This is in beautiful condition with the thick gatefold cover still in the original factory shrinkwrap. The shrinkwrap has 2 tiny breathe holes in the back shrink. The shrinkwrap has a 6" tear along the top & bottom edge but is still firmly on the cover & the gatefold has never been opened. The songs are "Roadhouse Blues", "Waiting For The Sun", "You Make Me Real", "Peace Frog", "Blue Sunday", "Ship Of Fools", "Land Ho", "The Spy", "Queen Of The Highway", "Indian Summer" & "Maggie M'Gill".

  • Cover : The gatefold cover is in NM- condition with a tiny, light rub/push to the right corner tips but otherwise this looks new. Super nice with solid seams & strong corners. *****PLEASE NOTE***** In the photo below, the spot at the bottom of the cover is from the flash of my camera. This is NOT on the cover. Flash only.


  • Vinyl : The vinyl shines like new with all of its original gloss & is in NM/NM- condition with a couple of very light surface scuffs on Side 2. This looks like it was played once or twice at the most.


  • Labels : The labels are in NM condition.
