**Please note that this is the picture sleeve ONLY - no 45 is INCLUDED.*

The sleeve has two songs listed from the then-recently released Annie Get your Gun soundtrack LP, written by Irving Berlin. One side by Doris Day, the other by Robert Goulet.

I believe this is a very rare "promo only" picture sleeve - not actually sold in stores, and only made available briefly to music industry insiders and disc jockeys. 

Also, I cannot find ANY references to this sleeve on eBay, Discogs, Google or Popsike.

**PLEASE NOTE THERE IS ALSO A RARE HANDWRITTEN NOTE INSIDE THE SLEEVE, AS SEEN IN PHOTO 3. THE NOTE WAS WRITTEN BY BEN GILBERT, WHO RAN IRVING BERLIN'S PUBLISHING COMPANY AT THAT TIME. I'M NOT SURE WHO THE ADDRESSEE "JOHNNY" IS, BUT HE'S PROBABLY A DISC JOCKEY FROM THAT TIME.

The picture sleeve is in NEAR MINT overall condition - other than the vertical "glue lines" on the back side (these are not actually flaws!!), this sleeve looks essentially brand new. Honestly, this has got to be not just the ONLY copy of this sleeve that you could find, but also the cleanest!
