Description
*Rare Original*- DORIS TROY Sings “JUST ONE LOOK”- VG(+) /VG(+)! (1962) ATL-8088-LP!!! A High Fidelity full Spectrum Recording! Original plastic and Special 47c price sticker!
This rare original LP is in Very Good + Condition! There are minimal surface scratches on either side of the album! There is minimal hiss, crackle or pop when play tested! The rare sound quality of Ms. Troy’s vocals is refreshing and highly unique! This LP was only lightly dry brushed prior to play test. The only anomaly detected throughout the entirety of play was an opening jump (no skip) on the first song “Watcha gonna do about it”! A proper cleaning is recommended!
Album cover is in its original plastic with Special 47 cents bullseye price sticker still highly visible and unblemished on front! There is however, creasing and edge wear under the plastic all around due to bumping and poor shelf stacking through time! The plastic is slightly broken at corners of sleeve opening causing corner bumping and two small nicks on both sides of top opening edge. Inner sleeve is in Good shape with only a minimal breakthrough on bottom and a side split on one side. There is no corner creasing or writing on the inner sleeve. This extremely rare Doris Troy LP has stood up well through the test of time (60 years) and should be considered a “Gem” to any discerning early 60’s record collection! Enjoy!
