THE SLEEVE IS IN VERY GOOD OVERALL CONDITION WITH MINOR SCUFFS TO THE BACK DUE BUT ONLY TO IT'S AGE. THE VINYL IS IN NEAR MINT CONDITION. WITH NO MARKS AND WITH A VERY NICE SHINEY SURFACE. THIS IS AN UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE THIS VERY RARE COLLECTORS ITEM.
