Doug Parkinson and The Questions – Something Wonderful EP (orig. Australia FESTIVAL MONO FX-11,477)

Australian Release date: April 1968 (estimated).  Recording dates: 1967 (tracks 3 & 4) / January 1968 (tracks 1 & 2).

On offer here is an ULTRA RARE original Australian FESTIVAL RECORDS issue of “Something Wonderful” EP by DOUG PARKINSON and THE QUESTIONS.  This EP includes both sides of the group’s singles “And Things Unsaid” (October 1967) & “Something Wonderful” (February 1968).

THE QUESTIONS disbanded in February 1968 and a new group was quickly assembled by their charismatic lead singer.  The renamed DOUG PARKINSON IN FOCUS went on to have considerable success during 1969 with two top 10 hits, “Dear Prudence” & “Without You”.
