Description

D.R. Hooker - The Truth
Very first (legit) repressing from 1993 limited to 350 copies housed thick cardboard cover with paste-on slicks. The BEST sounding reissue of this LP and I've heard them all, it sounds closest to the original featuring the original ANALOG frequencies (read in the Acid Archives bible about the dreaded digitization/"remastering"/noise reduction practices which ruin so many modern reissues)
Vinyl is VG+, since this was a straight vinyl transfer with no noise filtering there is some noise from the source LP they used. HEAR IT -(recorded from this copy): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3nb-2GWMjS8
Cover is EX with a bumped corner, some bubbling and shelf wear to slicks, folded insert is included in perfect condition.
Long out of print, don't sleep on this as these are only getting harder to come by as the days go by and the other reissues pale in comparison to this (One even had a skip in "The Sea" - dreadful!)
International shipping is NOT $5, wait for invoice!
Thanks for looking and feel free to ask any questions!
