A very rare original vinyl copy of
DRAGONFLY-self titled
MEGAPHONE RECORDS MS-1202
1st US STEREO PRESS
1968
Vinyl is strong VG to VG+
-perfect play copy! No Surface noise skips or pops
-both sides have sleeve scuffs and very light scratches that don’t look bad
I always try to grade conservative but I will be voting for Obama in November!
Once again,The record has some scuffs but plays NM all the way through and sounds incredible off the thick vinyl.Much better than any reissue.
Cover is VG to VG+
-corners have some moderate wear
-no seam splits
Overall the cover is in excellent shape except for the following flaws
-inside gatefold has some discoloration on 2 sides(see photos)
looks like a purple ink stain.It doesn’t look terrible by any means but it does not look great either..
-small writing in pen upper left corner that is barely visible
Green Labels with deep groove look fine but the previous owner wrote his name on 1 side
Originals are pretty scarce and rarely turn up.Don't miss out on this hard psych masterpiece in solid condition!
