Aufgenommen im Londoner Marquee Club am 23. April 1993. Mit dabei sind Songs von „When Dream And Day United“ und „Images And Words“. „A Fortune In Lies“ kommt hier deutliche aggressiver als das Original daher, unterstreicht damit aber auch nur seinen Status als Juwel im Backkatalog von Dream Theater. „Another Hand - The Killing Hand“ ist die Kombination aus einem Instrumentalstück, das immer Teil ihrer Liveshows ist und dem mittlerweile berüchtigten Song „The Killing Hand“. Als Ausnahme gilt „Bombay Vindaloo“ als ein auf Improvisationen basierendes Stück, welches bisher nur sechs Mal live aufgeführt und niemals in einem Studio aufgenommen wurde. Die Vinyl Edition von „Live At The Marquee“ umfasst die gleiche Tracklist wie die CD Version von 1993 und beinhaltet auch den Höhepunkt „Surrounded“.
