Cover: Unlaminated Garrod & Lofthouse (patents pending) 1st pressing non-gatefold cover with the flatter triple flip-back rear cover. No writings, doodles, seam splits, stickers or other disfiguring marks - see photos. Nice clear readable spine. The front is Near Excellent - some lightish ringwear/marks only. The rear is Excellent+. It's hard enough to find a copy of this LP but one with such a nice cover is impossible given that it is now 42 years old and unlaminated.
Labels: Excellent. Fabulous Condition for their age - no stickers, labels or names written on them. KT tax code on Side 2.
Vinyl.......
Visual:
Quite a nice sheen to the vinyl. Side 1 looks VG to VG+ with some feathering/light non-feelabel scratches. Side 2 looks Good with some feelable scratching on the first 2 tracks and some feathering/lighter scratches.
Play tested:
Side 1 - plays Good to VG(-). Has some light crackle and pops throughout most of the side. No skips/jumps on my system.
Side 2 - the first 2 tracks suffer from loud crackle/clicks and pops. This eases as the side 2 progresses but never gets better than Good. No skips/jumps on my system. Sides rates as Fair to Good(-) only - hence the low start price.
Postage & packaging: £4 (UK - recorded delivery) £8.50 (EUROPE - signed for) & £12.50 (REST OF THE WORLD - signed for)

Gradings.......
Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.
Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratches.
Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and more significant scratches.
Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump.
Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc
Bad - The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
