Description

THE DURUTTI COLUMN  VINI REILLY  Released on factory Fact 244 in 1989, this is a first issue because it includes the free one sided single in a picture sleeve.  The run off on the first side of the album has 'Sixth autumn' written on.  The vinyl has some faint surface marks on both sides, visible when held to a light and the label on side 2 has a thin white strip about an inch long at the edge - it looks as though it has been caught and slightly pulled away.  I haven't played the record so I don't know what it sounds like.  it looks in good shape, though.  The single white sleeve has a faint mark at top front right where a sticker has been removed and there is very faint creasing on one corner, but apart from this has no marks at all and is in great shape.  The free one sided single is a song sung by Morrisey of the Smiths accompanied by Vini on guitar that falls apart half way through.  this looks virtually as new.  A very nice and rare item.  .

I have now played the record and there is some background crackle that affects both sides. this appears to be part of the pressing so if you want a pristine copy, then do not buy this.
