UK FIRST PRESSING BLACK/SILVER LABEL PHILIPS MONO HEAVY VINYL LP IN LAMINATED FLIP-BACK SLEEVE WITH ORIGINAL POLY-LINED WHITE INNER SLEEVE.

This is a glorious copy, we have never seen one in the original mono in such splendid condition (the stereo mix is not anywhere near as good, and is quite possibly a 'fold-down' in any event). If you are a fan of Dusty's immaculate and crafted singing - and who isn't? - you will never need to upgrade this album again.

MATRIX NUMBERS IN RUN-OFF GROOVES: SIDE A: 632386 1L ? 1 420 1 1 1 4 / SIDE B: 632386 2L ? 1 420 1 1 1 0

SLEEVE: VERY GOOD+, JUST LIGHT SHELF, RING AND EDGE WEAR. THERE ARE 4 SMALL PIN HOLES EACH CORNER BUT THEY ARE NOT VERY NOTICEABLE. INNER SLEEVE IS VERY GOOD+.

DISC: EXCELLENT. THIS RECORD DOES NOT ACTUALLY LOOK PLAYED MUCH IF AT ALL. THERE IS STILL SOME PRESSING EVIDENCE IN THE SPINDLE HOLE WHICH WOULD NORMALLY BE FLATTENED OUT HAD IT MADE CONTACT WITH A TURNTABLE SPINDLE. WE WOULD CLAIM THIS LP IS MINT BECAUSE IT IS OVER 40 YEARS OLD, AND WE DO NOT KNOW FOR SURE IF IT HAS BEEN PLAYED, BUT IT REALLY DOES LOOK LIKE A NEW VINYL DISC JUST COME HOME FROM THE RECORD STORE IN 1967. THERE ARE NO MARKS, SCRATCHES OR SPINDLE WEAR. WE COULD NOT EVEN SEE ANY HAIRLINES. LIKE-NEW LABELS BOTH SIDES. WE SERIOUSLY DOUBT MANY BETTER FIRST MONO PRESSINGS OF THIS DISC EXIST TODAY - THIS REALLY IS A KEEPER COPY.
