Description

Dwight Yoakim started out in the 80s as a country music singer. By 1993, he began acting in movies, and has never looked back! In 1987, Yoakim released his second studio album, and called it 'Hillbilly Deluxe'. (Many years later, Rob Zombie would release an album titled 'Hellbilly Deluxe'!) One of the singles released from 'Hillbilly Deluxe' is a remake of an Elvis song called "Little Sister". Dwight Yoakim and Reprise, his record label, decided to release a shaped picture disc of this country classic, along with a plinth stand. And in today's good deal, you'll get both the picture disc and the plinth stand!


There's one song on each side. "Little Sister" is the A side track, and "This Drinkin' Will Kill Me" is on the B side. The vinyl itself looks really good, with only a few light surface marks outside of the record grooves. The plinth stand has never been assembled, and is in awesome shape. This also comes in its original PVC jacket with hype sticker (and unexplained tape on three sides). A very rare and scarce 80s Dwight Yoakim collectible!
