Description
~ Cancon Vinyl Auctions ~ You are bidding on this ORIGINAL first LP by Dale Hawkins on Chess Records LP 1429, original Canadian pressing from 1958.
This is an original Canadian pressing release by Quality Records of Canada on V-1617.
This Canadian pressing is extremely rarer than the US pressing and offers a better sound recording quality due to the softer vinyl composites used in Canada compared to the more rigid styrene composites used in the US.
This LP is regarded as one of the best Rockabilly LP's ever produced other than The Johnny Burnette Trio.
This fabulous copy is in true near mint condition with super clean front and rear covers retaining their full crisp brilliant colors.
All corners, spines and seams are almost flawless and the vinyl retains it's original full bright gleaming gloss.
Both labels are also super clean.
Other than 2 original small delete holes, this top copy is certain to please the true Dale Hawkins collector.
A very reasonable opening bid is being offered on this very rare item. Good luck!
