Who Are We?
We are an independent physical bricks and mortar retail store based in Kingston Upon Thames, that has been running for 4 years. The premises has been a record store for over 30 years and we sell formats of all genres / types of condition and all stock is available in store.
In the unlikely event that the item has been sold instore, on the same day as placing an order online, the buyer will be immediately refunded.

Sellers Shipping Terms:
Please pay within 3 days of auction end, so that we can prepare the item and ship quickly. Orders unpaid after 5 days of auction end will be automatically cancelled.
Shipping charges globally have increased significantly and may be higher than quoted. We only use Royal Mail or specialised courier services.
All parcels will be tracked or equivalent, where possible and double packed in cardboard mailers. Shipping costs include insurance cost based on goods value. Please take this into account when paying for shipping costs, as this is the only way to make sure parcels arrive securely. Collection from the store in Kingston upon Thames during opening hours is welcomed.
