Description
This is an original promo copy of Danzig II- Lucifuge with gold promo stamp and original stickers including the Def American warning label. Features the color faces cover, the color photo of Danzig that was used as the black and white cover for the reissue and inner sleeve with lyrics. The photos speak for themselves as to the condition of this record which is really good. The vinyl itself has only been played a few times and is in excellent condition. I bought this at a used record store shortly after this record came out, probably sent to a station who refused to play it because of the evil subject matter. The inner sleeve has no tears or holes and the cover has only very minor wear, the lower right corner is slightly dog-eared as you can see in the photos. The record itself is one of Danzig's best and the Rick Rubin production is amazing making this a must-have on original vinyl. The sound quality is phenomenal. Features "Long Way Back From Hell", "Killer Wolf", "Her Black Wings", and Glenn Danzig's personal favorite, "Blood and Tears". Rare piece of heavy metal history.
