Description
David Bowie's classic Philips 1st album, 1st pressing. Reasonable copy that I upgraded to from the previous copy I sold before Xmas.
Please have a look at the 12 photos. I would say the cover is VG-VG+ on the inside and back, but the front is probably VG- with what looks and feels like a filled in mark to the left of Bowie's left side. The album was once subjected to very slight condensation damage hence the slight rippling of the open side of the cover.
The whole record plays well, as you can see, the vinyl is shiny and has a nice bright, clear sound. Despite hairlines, scuffs and some visible marks, it sounds good with some crackling and the odd click. In fact it sounds much better than it looks. I guess it rates as VG- to look at but at least VG to hear.
