David Bowie Aladdin Sane Very Good Record label and catalogue number- RCA Victor RS 1001 Matrix side A and B- CPRS 4543/ CPRS 4544 Year- 1973 Produced by- David Bowie and Ken Scott. Musicians- David Bowie- Vocals and Guitar, Mick Ronson- Guitar and Keyboards, TJ Boulder- Bass, Woody Woodmansey- Drums, Mike Garson- Piano, Ken Fordham Bux-Saxaphones.
Cleaning I clean every record I sell with a Moth Professional Record Cleaning Machine (as used by the BBC) and afterwards the record is put in an anti-static sleeve.
Checking A section of the record is always played to check the quality of the vinyl, also a visual check is done and any faults found are tested on the record player for severity. Also being part of my collection I have prior knowledge of some of the faults.
Packing To protect both record and sleeve I use new professional packaging with cardboard stiffeners and an anti-static record sleeve. The record is packed outside the sleeve to avoid potential damage issues.
