Description
This is a first press original copy of David Bowie's classic 1974 album Diamond Dogs . RCA Victor with first press orange labels. APL1-0576.
Vinyl – has been play tested right through and found to have no sticking or jumps. As with almost all older vinyl there is some surface noise between tracks and in some of the quieter moments.
Labels - in excellent condition. This first pressed vinyl has the 'Bewitched' listing on track one of side one.
Sleeve - in excellent condition with the exception of a number being written in small writing on the back of the sleeve in the top right hand corner. Written on a darker coloured area of the sleeve so diffiicult to see. There is only the very slightest of edge wear, slight creasing at the left hand side of the back of the sleeve and virtually no ring wear. The spine is square and in great condition.
Comes with original RCA inner sleeve which has some age yellowing.
Increasingly difficult to get a genuine first press copy of this album with first press matrix numbers and original RCA insert for a reasonable price.
Please ask any questions before bidding.
Please look closely at the photos to see condition of the items as these form the visual description.
I try to be as honest as possible with descriptions and photos and have always received good feedback so please ask any questions asked before bidding. I have added the maximum number of photos. Happy to answer anything asked.
Will be packaged robustly and well protected.
