David Bowie "HUNKY DORY" Original UK Dynaflex Pressing from 1971 - Excellent copy, near mint vinyl
This Album is over 550 years old and it's in totally fantastic condition
It looks like an album that's maybe 5 years old not 50 years old
Genuine complete UK 1971 Pressing with the RCA Victor Dynaflex vinyl alternative and a very good inner lyric sheet.
The cover is in outstanding condition. Still very strong and sturdy with perfect seams, with a great readable spine.
The rear of the cover is particularly good for a Hunky Dory nice and clean and still white.
Some small buffs on the corners.
These Hunky Dory covers normally do not last the test of time, more than often they are frayed and flattened and split.. NOT this one it's it's in superb condition save for a one corner buffs, it still has plenty of life left in it
The Inner lyric sheet is almost perfect and is in amazing condition for it's age and way above the usual inserts on a Hunky Dory
The Vinyl record is very special, take it out the sleeve and it's hard to believe it's 50 years old.
I religiously test play all my records before listing and on my Project Essential deck it sounds magic, little bit of static/ surface noise but no sticks heavy clicks or jumps whatsoever.
The labels are PERFECT the vinyl is so clean and glossy with only a few and I mean a few very light non feelable feathering marks..
It plays as it looks.. BRILLIANT.
Sorry for the long winded description but I very very rarely buy a record with a 3 line description, it maybe works for some folk but not me, I believe in a decent honest description which hopefully removes the doubt when you buy a used record.
This copy of Hunky Dory has quite obviously been well cared for all it's life and would be a super addition to any collection
Listed at a great price for a 1971 Hunky Dory Pressing, especially in this condition.. And
priced below ebay recommendations
