Description
Just to make it clear, I play all my records from beginning to end prior to auction on my Garrard 401 record player using a Shure V15 cartridge.
Here I have a very early UK copy of David Bowie - Hunky Dory. The record is in stereo with the orange RCA labels cat no SF 8244
Grading :
The notoriously fragile cover is in VG with a rubbing around the extremities although the spine text is legible. There is also a half inch tear near the top of the front opening edge and original owners name written on the back. The lyric sheet is also included in VG condition.
The record is in VG condition. No jumps or skips on this one. The quieter moments on the first side have some cackle especially the opening track 'Changes' . The second side plays much better and sounds superb. As mentioned, this is a very early UK pressing with 2E/3T matrix endings I've only seen 3T/3T endings selling on ebay.
