Offered here is an early 1970s UK pressing LP of the masterpiece Hunky Dory by David Bowie, released on RCA Victor (SF 8244).
Co-produced by Ken Scott and David Bowie at Trident Studios, Bowie's celebrated 1971 fourth studio album features backing by the musicians who would soon become the Spiders from Mars (Mick Ronson, Trevor Bolder, and Mick Woodmansey) along with Rick Wakeman on piano. Packed with enduring classics including Changes, Life On Mars?, Oh! You Pretty Things, Queen Bitch, and Quicksand.
This UK edition features orange RCA Victor labels with MainMan publishing credits, the rear sleeve MainMan logo, and 5E / 5E matrix stampers. Complete with the essential original double-sided lyric sheet insert.
