Description
David Bowie Hunky Dory LP UK Early Press SUPER AUDIO!
Really Surprised this hasn't sold yet, but I won't be dropping the price anymore as it's already cheap for a Hunky Dory in such good condition
3E/4E on the runout grooves,
This is fantastic copy of Hunky Dory, easily one of the best available, I've had so many copies of Hunky Dory and know an exceptional copy when I see one.
Copies as good as this are few and far between.
No Mainman on the rear of the cover which indicates its one of the early releases..the ones to have, no question
This album is over 50 years old, fortunately this one has survived that test of time and still looks great and more crucially SOUNDS great
I test play all my vinyl on my Project Essential deck and it plays and sounds fantastic, NO sticks or jumps as that is the main thing I listen for
There is next to no surface noise between tracks, near silence which is always a good sign.
Some static on quiet bits of The Bewlay Brothers the very odd brief click here and there but it's an amazing listen, it really is
The Vinyl is lovely and clean with a great gloss, it looks Fantastic, under a VERY strong light it has next to no sleeve removal marks.
Check the labels from the pics and as you can see they are in fantastic condition
Comes in an original 70's RCA inner sleeve
The album cover is in beautiful condition, easily one of the best, the cover has a near perfect spine, super solid seams and it's hard to believe its over 50 years old, some light buffs at the corners but again very hard to find a cover as good as this
The rear of the cover is in very good condition as well, still nice and white with no nasty marks, it actually looks far better in the flesh than in the pics
The Inner rare lyric insert is present and guess what?...it's in absolutely beautiful condition as well, again one of the best I have certainly had..
Please study the pics to make your own mind up, I try to make my pics as clear as possible and ensure that in the case of the cover and inner cover/insert you see them completely, if that makes sense
Exceptional copy of Hunky Dory, Cover, Insert and most importantly Vinyl all in beautiful condition, so rare to find all three as good together
I've sold loads of Hunky Dory copies, if they are not decent enough I don't list them
This one is an absolute beauty
" I know a good thing...when I see it"...
Sorry for the long winded description but I feel it's important to get as much detail as possible for anyone interested.
I wouldn't buy an album with a 3 line description. Maybe works for some folk. But not me.
PS apologies for the pictures as they appear to have came out quite dark..
Thanks for looking
Record will be sent by Royal Mail signed for
In a proper sturdy record mailer
Any questions please ask..
Cheers
