Description
David Bowie: The Laughing Gnome
Very rare original UK DEMO 45rpm 7" single, turquoise/white labels with inverted matrix, in plain sleeve. A genuine demo copy of one of the rarest Bowie singles.
1967 Deram DM 123
B-side: The Gospel According to Tony Day
Disc in near EX condition with good original vinyl lustre; one or two inaudible 'hairlines' but no significant marks. A very nice copy, very hard to find, particularly in this condition!
Just one of hundreds of collectable records available from robgrovesvinyl
Condition Grading of Vinyl Records
I am somewhat conservative in the condition-grading of records because, due to the high volume of items handled, it is impossible for me to test-play every record. All records are subject to detailed visual scrutiny after professional cleaning; more valuable items are usually test-played. Please see my Returns Policy for details of my no-quibble money-back guarantee which is applicable in the rare event of dissatisfaction, for whatever reason.
I use the basics of Record Collector's Rare Record Prices Guide grading as the the system employed in the condition-grading of vinyl records offered for auction
Postage and Packing
UK Mainland: £1.50 for first 7" record plus 25p for each additional 7" record
Europe: £2.00 for first 7" record plus 25p for each additional 7" record
Americas: £2.50 for first 7" record plus 25p for each additional 7" record

I endeavour to dispatch items as soon as possible after payment has been received and/or cleared. However, and in particular to allow for the vagaries of the various postal services, please allow 10 days (UK) or 14 days (overseas) for delivery. You should, however, receive your purchases much quicker than this!
