Description
This is a miss-pressed copy of David Bowie's 1979 release Lodger, RCA Victor Catalog # AQL 1-3254.
The miss-pressing is that the LP has been pressed with the same tracks on both sides of the LP. Both Sides play Side A. There are A & B Labels pressed on the vinyl - but the tracks are the same on both sides. As is the runout matrix
The Side A runout 'AQL1-3254-A - 2 No sense is better..' is the runout on both sides of the LP.
Unfortunately I can't get a decent photo of the run-outs. However, clearly it would be stupid of me to claim this, when you drop the needle all will be revealed.
This LP is clearly for Bowie collectors, Bowie completists etc. Because if you want to listen to Lodger, you are only getting one side.
The LP is VGC - there are surface marks but not clicks or pops. The original inner sleeve has a tear at the opening and the two sides are showing slit tears and there is a 1" slit tear at the bottom of the inner sleeve. Cover in good condition with a couple of small stains at the bottom of the front side (see pics).
I will ship overseas - ALL buyers must wait for an invoice which will include calculated postage. Overseas postage is Expensive - please don't bid if you are unwilling to pay the price of shipping outside of the USA (which is likely to be $22+). You may choose to add on insurance etc. and will need to let me know if you are the winning bidder. LP will ship in cardboard LP mailer with bubble wrap.
