Visual Grading:

The PIC DISC looks NEAR MINT, no spindle dgas, perfect spindle hole,no scratches, un-played condition, I am the original owner and stored it away after 1983 purchase
The PVC Sleeve looks NEAR MINT, un-marked, no breaks in beading of the PVC Sleeve, factory fresh
The TWO HYPE track listings look NEAR MINT, square cornered, un-marked, vivid black print on orange background, factory fresh

** What is weird about this LP, and I vividly remember, I bought it and it was FACTORY SEALED with these two loose orange HYPE track listings stickers included. Track listing is wrong on the HYPE stickers as you can see. I've never seen a copy of this anywhere that included these HYPE stickers and I have searched everywhere. Go figure (?)

I always remove my LP's that come in PVC sleeves from them and re-insert the LP into a VRP anti-static protector sleeve to protect the vinyl, then re-insert the VRP sleeve back into the PVC sleeve. This is how it will be shipped to you. Well padded. (See Photo #4)

I've collected David since 1973 and what a trip it has been with this incredible artist and his career.

It was such a shame and incredible loss with his passing. It just seems unreal he is gone.
