This is a never played promotional LP, although it is not sealed.  It was never sealed.  The music is listed in the second picture.  I looked at others out there - with the same code they say first press.  I don't know how to tell for sure so this may be.  If you need me to check something to confirm it, please let me know.  If you have any questions, please ask.  There is a promotional seal stamped on the back of the jacket.  There are other David Bowie albums offered this week.  They can be shipped media mail in the US for minimal extra postage.  Thanks!
