Description

An original Xmas 1972 reissue of Bowies work from 1969. Matrix 2E/2E. Etching "Bilbo". The  vinyl comes housed in an original cover with NO mention of 'Mainman' on the rear. This is precisely the same design as the 1st issues and printed on solid card. There's also the lyric inner sleeve. We will ship in a poly-lined inner for maximum protection.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In lovely condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection there are a couple of slight marks per side. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with superb clarity. A really clean player which will give you maximum opportunity to take in these classic tracks to full effect. Very little background observable at all, even in the quietest moments. A few crackles in 'Dream' briefly. That's pretty much all I could detect.
Cover (Vg+) Can often end up looking a bit beleaguered - but this example is looking very tidy. Relatively clean front and back with little creasing - just a minor stain down in the bottom left on the front. A bit of edge wear in the odd spot, but nothing drastic. Firm openings. The spine is fully intact with all text legible. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. Very nice indeed!
Inner (Vg+) Really nice condition with perhaps slight touch of ageing. No splits.
