*Gate Fold COVER: Is in very good condition with just the exception of 2 tiny tears on, near  the inside bottom left & bottom right corners plus there is a notable stain on the back bottom left side and a tiny brownish blemish on the back (near the center of DB's forehead).

*Inner Sleeve Covers: Are in very good condition with just the exception of a small stain on the bottom of one of the sleeves plus both have some creases.
