Description

Original 1969 2nd album from Bowie. Gatefold sleeve, Black and Silver 'Phillips' labels. There are a few faults, so please read carefully before bidding. This reflects the low starting price and NO RESERVE. I will describe as honestly as I can and happy to answer any questions. If winning bidder has ANY problems (postage/description/etc), PLEASE contact me and I will try to resolve. Some people just love to moan straight to E-bay about the smallest things!....PLEASE NOTE... This is an UK auction only. Full purchase price refunded if not happy. David Bowie (Space Oddity) - 1969 Phillips records (SBL 7912). Gatefold sleeve is in very good condition. Has a few light indents on front cover and slight wear around edges, but no rips/tears. Details of record on spine are fully visable. Labels are clean, apart from some spindle marks. The vinyl has a lovely look and a really nice sheen. Only shows some light marks under bright light. Vinyl plays well EXCEPT for the following........There are crackles and a couple of clicks for the 1st couple of minutes on opening track and jumps twice about halfway. Track 4, side 1 has a few faint clicks at start and sticks/repeats about 1 minute in. Side 2, track 1 has crackles most of the way through and sticks/repeats about halfway. Track 2, same as track 1.
