In January 1970 Radio Popular in Madrid took delivery of this remarkable early David Bowie record and it has remained in their archives until today. With the demise of the radio station several of their now rare Bowie collectables have found thier way into the public domain.

In Europe, the record has great historical value as it was only ever released in this form in Spain where Bowie would later become known as El Rey Del Gay Power - which in dictator General Franco's day confined Bowie (and probably his fans) to the status of serious "underground" political figures.

This PS cover is in excellent condition for its 30 years of age (see scans provided) with a Radio Popular index stamp on front and slight tape residue, rear sleeve has radio station index number hand written.

The record vinyl has very little signs of playing and two very nice clean original black / silver Philips labels (no stamps or writing) rating excellent + and is a rare opportunity to add this extremley rare piece to your DB collection.
